Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • Products can only be returned if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • In case of any damage or incorrect item, you must provide an uncut parcel unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged product within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Once we verify the issue, you’ll receive a return approval confirmation email within 48 hours.

  • After approval, you must return the product to us within 7–14 business days.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product reaches us and passes our quality check.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the bank details provided by you.

  • It may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns are not accepted for color preferences or size-related issues.

  • If you’re unsure about a product’s color, size, or fit, you can request a real-time image or video of the product before placing your order.


No Exchange Policy

We follow a strict no-exchange policy due to limited inventory. Many of our sunglasses are seasonal and trend-based, and tend to sell out quickly.
